I've received many questions along the lines of: “Can Cosmostreamer control camera settings on drones using the DJI RC Pro, DJI RC Pro 2, or DJI RC Plus controllers?”

Most people were particularly interested in changing the DJI Mavic 4 Pro’s camera settings using custom controllers and professional-grade control panels. The standard Cosmostreamer with a DJI Fly license (type #22) cannot work with these controllers because their connectivity options are quite limited.

However, it turns out that controlling the camera settings via DJI RC Pro/Pro2/Plus controllers is possible, so I've made this functionality available under a separate license. There is no telemetry or video - only camera settings control. As usual, video output is available through the controller’s built-in HDMI port.

This is primarily intended for production environments using control panels such as the Streamdeck (via Bitfocus Companion), SKAARHOJ, and others.

P.S. What about the DJI RC 2 controller?

Well... The DJI RC 2 is also supported. You can adjust the same camera settings and control both the gimbal and the drone. However, the DJI RC 2 does not have a built-in HDMI port, so video output is unavailable.

No telemetry data is currently available. Camera, gimbal, and flight controls are supported. Video output remains available through the controller’s HDMI port as usual.
Drone camera controls: ISO, Shutter, Aperture, EV, White balance, camera mode (auto/manual), Zoom in/out. Color mode (Normal, D-Log, D-Log M, HLG). Take a shot, recording start/stop.
Gimbal control: pan/tilt/roll
Drone control: take-off, landing, return to home, flight forward/backward, left/right, up/down, yaw left/right.
Link control: band switch (2.4, 5.8, dualband), band width (10/20/40 MHz), binding start/cancel
