For streaming in the lower resolution and smaller bitrate possible to turn-on onboard video transcoding.

Two ways possible: real transcoding for the incoming video stream or capture HDMI output.

Real transcoding can be used for source video streams in H264 codec and max 1080@30. For H265 or streams with the bigger size or frame rate may be not enough GPU possibilities, so only screen capture can be used.

Transcoded stream will be used for sending into the CosmoViewerNG app, web interface and restreams. On HDMI you will get only source video (not transcoded).
